iTunes keeps failing after one day of use

I have to reinstall itunes about every day. I get the message "program has stopped working" when I try to open it. I reinstall it, it works fine for a day.

iTunes-OTHER, Windows XP Pro

Thank you for providing the details of when iTunes becomes unresponsive. I would be concerned too if I had to reinstall iTunes everyday.
