My iPhone has been stolen. I have the find my iPhone registered but it says my device is offline. What do I do?

Put it in lost mode. Read here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5668.

There is little you can do while it is offline. You should use iCloud.com to set your device to lost mode. Report the theft to the police.

If you activated Find My Phone before it was lost or stolen, you can track it only if Wi-Fi is enabled on the device.
