Q: Restore deleted safari, itunes and apps store icon

Those are native iOS apps and cannot be deleted. They can be moved around and put into folders, so you might want to search your folders and other home screens for the icons. If you don't find them as you search, you can always go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout and that should bring them back.

You have it turned off, setting general restrictions. Just turn it back on and it will reapear.
