My iPad2 is locked after I was trying to set up my uncle's iPad2 as a new, and now I am stocked with activation mode. i don't have his Apple ID and will never have.
How to activate, bypass activation or downgrade IOS 7.0.4?

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your iPad unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com> Find My Phone.
