Why I can't access to my iTunes store in my windows 8.1pc and a 64-bit iTunes???

I recently installed a 64-bit iTunes cos I'm using a 64-bit OS.But after I installed it in my windows8.1 pc,I can't access my iTunes store anymore.A message just keep on poped out,which says:iTunes has stopped working,a problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.Can anyone pls help me???=(
