How to transfer/copy music, photos, videos from iPad to Mac

One way:

Connect the iPad to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (if you have iTunes 11 on your computer then you can enable the sidebar via control-S), and then use the Music tab on the right-hand side to select and sync the music that you want in the iPad's Music app.

I used iPad to transfer music from iPad to iMac. Once you connect your iPad to the Mac, open iPhoto.To import all the photos from your camera, click the Import All button. To import only some photos, press the Command key while you click each photo you want to import, and then click the Import Selected button.After the import process is finished, click the Eject button or drag the iPad’s icon to the iPhoto Trash in the Source list.

Backup your iPad 2 to iCloud and restore the backup to your new iPad Air.

Hi guys u can also use the (i-funbox) for copy ur data from ipad,iphone,mac to ur Pc computer... if u face same problem apple drive not show in ur PC computer.. then u use (i-funbox) its explore ur data and u can easly tansfar ur data..

Easiest, and free option i found is DeTune... like, its stupid simple drag and drop your music and it copies and thats it... and FREE! This is ONLY for music, although that is the hardest thing to copy off an i-Device. Photos, use iPhoto or the new photo app built into OS X Yosemite.
