I've accidentally deleted a page in Notes. Is there any way I can retrieve the information on the page?

If you have a backup with the notes then restore from that backup

When I deleted my notes on iPhone 5 by accident, I used the iPubsoft iPhone Backup Extractor to help me recover deleted files easily!
