Q: My iPad keeps saying can't join iTunes to do updates and to download a new app.

My iPad keeps saying can't join iTunes to do updates and to download new apps. I've checked personal details, all ok. Turned my iPad off and on again, serve real times, still no change and then finally, I've changed my password and still can't log on, any advice please?

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

     

    Are you trying to connect via wifi or connected to your computer?
