Can someone tell me why I have a blank screen for iTune store after downloading 7ios

Quit all apps (Double tap the Home button and swipe the app preview page up)

and then

Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)

BTW, this forum is for questions from people managing sites on iTunes U, Apple's service for colleges and universities to post educational material in the iTunes Store. Normally you will get the quickest and most applicable responses if you ask your questions in the general iPad forum.
