Keynote WebDAV connection not being cleared properly and not allowing upload

I am having an issue with keynote for the iPad not being able to disconnect properly from one webdav account to another. It seems to retain the previous connection credentials even after you tap sign out. If you enter new credentials or even just tap sign in again it will go to the previously connected webdav and not the new one.

Also, another issue is that when trying to save a keynote to a webdav account from the iPad, an error message appears saying "An error has occurred. Please try again" and then ends up deleting the previous file (if there was one) from the webdav server.

Been seeing alot of issues with webdav and keynote lately trying to find a solution, but only finding people with similar issues. Any suggestions on how to fix? Have iOS 7.0.4 and keynote for the iPad v 2.0.1
