cannot play game after purchase - states: "regrant failed - please purchase the software application first.

downloaded several times and started playing only to find out it did not download??

Playrex states there is an issue when setting up. I would prefer a refund at this time

since I have already played the beginning numerous times and wish to make a different purchase

please advise....thanks
