Q: please can you help my i phone 5 is in shut down mode with the i tunes and plug into computor sign on the front screen i dont want to sinc my phone with the i tunes

good evening, my i phone 5 has gone into shut down with the i tunes and plug into computor sign on the front screen , have tried to reset and then this messgage come up . i do not want to sinc my phone with my i tunes so please can you help me to get my phone working again

The phone is in recovery mode. The only way to get it working is to connect it to the computer and iTunes and restore. See this support document. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
