Q: I bought some weeks ago an audio book in the iTunes store - in the meantime I connected also iMatch. Now the problem, I cannot find the mentioned audio book anymore. Is there someone who knows more about this issue?

Audiobooks are not included in iTunes Match or iTunes in the Cloud and are normally a one-time only download. It is your responsibility to backup your data. If the file has vanished from your library you can ask the iTunes store support staff nicely. They may be able to grant a redownload.

For reasons unknown there is no Itallian Swiss iTunes support page, but there is an iPhone one.
