How do I view Album Art in Playlists

Why is Album Art not on my playlists on the left column in the new Itunes 11 software? This is so upsetting because I use different photo's, my photo's sometimes & now they are gone!!! Also, I was forced to upgrade to 11 due to Itunes causing the blue screen of death after I downloaded a TV show with Itunes 10 software, then tried to watch it in Itunes 10. Every time Itunes makes a change also, I lose my playlists order of songs, it puts everything in alphabetical order when it doesn't go in that order for a reason! Also, It makes me manually go & find my 10,000 songs in my playlists. to manually sync every song!

Why must you make people go through this & crash PC's everywhere?!
