What kind of "disabled"?

If you have a passcode to the screen lock that you've forgotten, restore the device from the computer to which the device is synced (assuming the passcode was turned on at the time). For information and instructions, see:

If that will not work, you'll need to put the device into Recovery Mode and then try the Restore again:

ok well this is my problem,my problem is that my iPad mini says that iPad is disabled connet to iTunes but when i plug my iPad mini into my computer it says that it could not go into my iPad mini because it is locked
