Q: i do have apple ID and password but i forgot password for the icloud account . what i have to do ?

I have iphone 5 which was bought from apple store regent street ,london in february.i took it abroad to use.unforthunatly it didnt work. it kept asking to sign in for the icloud account but i forgot the icloud password .i tried the apple ID it dindnt work.what shall i do ?.

    Your iCloud account and Apple ID should be the same thing. If you go to iforgot.apple.com and enter in the account it's asking you for, you can reset the password for it there by using either security questions or by sending yourself an email. If that doesn't work, try giving apple support a call to get your password reset at
