How do I delete the extra voices?

For fun, I thought I'd try out the extra voices one can get if you check off all the voices offered in the Text-to-Speech preference pane. I downloaded them all and now have about 20 gb less of disc space. While it's cool to be able to have all these exotic voices read text, I don't have the space to keep them. So, how do I delete them? Some have suggested I go to the go to root level system/library/speech/voices folder and just delete them. Trouble is, I don't have or can't see that fodler. It is not at the root nor in my user directory. I do have my user Library showing, by the way. All I have in the root level library in the Speech folder is a Synthesizers folder and that is empty. Where are the voices and how can I delete them. Thanks.
