GPU Panic MBP 15'' Late 2013

Kernel Panic report below. This occurred on battery power watching an mkv movie on VLC, which I had downloaded via torrent. This computer is 2 days old. I subsequently went back and checked the console log before this happened, here is the excerpt:

uTorrent[198]: Error: this application, or a library it uses, has passed an invalid numeric value (NaN, or not-a-number) to CoreGraphics API. This is a serious error and contributes to an overall degradation of system stability and reliability. This notice is a courtesy: please fix this problem. It will become a fatal error in an upcoming update.

Moreover, immediately after rebooting, I ran:

-Apple Diagnostics Test: No issues found

-OpenGL Stress Test on the GPU: Passed

-Uninstalled uTorrent

Given all this, is this most likely an issue related to deprecated software causing a kernel panic (despite no third party kernel extensions are included), or indicative of a more serious, underlying issue (a faulty GPU)?

Either way, I am going to take the machine back in to Apple within the 14 day window and have them check it out.
