Q: i want apple only to create great hearing aid within i phone.keep other out why apple need other?

can any one rate i pone using apps of hearing aid. so far i am not very happy. i was dreaming that i phone 5s will change to better for hard of hearing people..

so far i have used 5-6 apps nothing healp..

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4, hearing aid
