Pages default option won't stick?

I, like many others, really don't like the new Pages 5. I can't believe how much it's been gutted...

Anyhews... as you probably know it isn't backwards compatible with Pages 4 documents & I didn't want all of my old Pages docs being converted to Pages 5 so I thought I'll do a 'get info' and change the 'open with' option to Pages 4.

No drama, did that, made the changes but then it flips back almost straight away to Pages 5 as the default.

I SERIOUSLY hope this is a bug & not Apple trying to force everyone to update.

Anyone else tried this & experienced the same?

I REALLY don't want to have to do a right-click 'open with' every **** time I go to open a Pages document.
