Why does the guest account continue to enable itself after being disabled by admin?

User uploaded file

I have turned off the guest account from the system control area from my admin account several times on my MacBook Pro. Somehow, someway, the account is enabled and I can't figure out how to solve this security issue.

The pamplet from NSA encourages to disable for security reasons: http://www.nsa.gov/ia/_files/factsheets/macosx_10_6_hardeningtips.pdf

If you're seeing "Guest User" in the login screen, that's the pseudo-account created by "Find My Mac." It's not a security risk. The only way to disable it is to disable "Find My Mac."

Unfortunatley, after 4 hours away from macbook pro, the system completley shut down and would not allow me attempt this.

Strange things were happening inside the main control panel of admin accout. For example, the bluetooth links that normally Blue Tooth On and Blue Tooth off were showing terminal commands to do the command. See photo below.

About 5 minutes after I took snapshot the computer shut down and I could not login into any of the 3 accounts I have on computer. It would allow me to enter passwords for the accounts and verify access.

I tried logging into all three accounts and could not get Display.

Finally, used control nine during a restart and used the reinstall OSX option to get things back up and running.
