After my warranty form has arrived in the mail how many days do I have till I have to send my ipod to UPS?

I called the My Appleid number and registered my Ipod touch with a one time curtesy because I did not have my receipt. My sister stepped on my ipod and cracked the screen, I finally got the form in the mail with the sticker, I am supposed to put on the bow that my ipod goes into. How many days do I have till I have to send my Ipod, form, and packing sticker to the UPS center?
