call filtering

I could not find call filtering (blocking all calls that are not in the contact book) feature on iPhone 5s. Nor can I find any apps that does this in the app store. I used this feature on my previous andriod phone with an app (it filters spam SMS as well) for long time and after the switching to iPhone I have been boomed by the sales phone calls everybody. Is this feature available?

You can use Do Not Disturb to do this:

That's your only option, as there is no "global" setting to do what you want, & there are no apps to do so.
