Q: all my purchases are being disrupted and I'm charged for the episodes on a purchase who can I ask for help?
I bought the Season Pass for " The Originals" and I noticed that the episodes are not regularly being download on my computer I have to purcahse it seperately. So when I complained to itunes, a woman by the name Debbie said I didn't purchase the complete season Pass of the show "The Originals" and I should check my purcahse and when I did on my history of purchases it showed that I did bought the Season 1 of the show "The Originals" and itunes still expects me to buy the show individually even though I bought the whole season pass and it's on my history purchases!!! I also noticed when I check any downloads available it gets interrupted and I end up having to make another purcahse and I'm assuming I won't get charged just because the downloads are being interrupted by itunes website.
