Weather info in Notification Center w/iOS 7.x

Hi everyone,

I have had this issue since I updated my 4S to iOS 7, and the problem has continued with my new 5S. Basically, the weather information in the Notification Center is broken. How so? Even though I have used the weather app, and it is enabled in Location Services, the Notification Center weather blurb is never correct, or is missing information. Going to the weather app shows the correct and complete information.

I have attached a screenshot to show that the weather description is incorrect, and the temperature is missing. As you can see from the outside shot, the weather is not at all limited visibility and I can't see any snow showers...
