Question

One here write "my boss have an iphone 4S and he using airdrop" how he Can do that. Please answer me. I also have an iPhone 4S.

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4

Whoever wrote that was mistaken. AirDrop works only in the iPhone 5 or later.

I havnet mistanke anythnig. It was AirDrop on iPhone 4S

Again, AirDrop does not work on the iPhone 4S. If you saw someone here or on another forum claim that it does, that person was mistaken.
