Stolen Phone
My iPhone 5 has been stolen, and since then turned off. How can I wipe the iPhone, but still have a backup on the cloud?
iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.3
your backup should stay in icloud even if you select to remote erase your device on icloud.com

By using iCloud.com as long as Find My iPhone has been enabled
