Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I installed the trial version of Fontexplorer but didn't like it so uninstalled using AppZapper.
Still, the plugin sticks around in Photoshop CC and each time a file with type gets loaded I get the following message:

Anyway to clear the plugin from Photoshop? I tried looking into the menubar to find it, but didn't.

Did you try looking in the Photoshop CC Plug-ins folder inside the Adobe Photoshop CC folder?
I use FontAgent Pro, so I've never fooled with Linotype's Font Explorer X...
