I have no idea how I corrected this the last time, I forgot to write it down. I've tried every system preferences , tried all the diff settings on my monitor, I know it is an easy fix... Help? I know it involved going back to the last time I used my computer. I simply can't rem the steps.

No, thanks anyway, not the problem. I finally got into resetting the size in my display prefs, but as before, it's still not quite as easy to read as it was. I click my way through each res setting, hoping I'll find my old settings. I can read this now, the window is a comfortable size after dragging it out a bit, but the various areas of font are just a little way off.
Can you do a "hardware reset" on the monitor?
I had a 22" LCD go "batty" on me about two months ago. It was set at 1920X1080, but the desktop extended about an inch beyond every edge.
I went through all the menus using the buttons on the monitor and finally found a "Master Reset" that restored it to "out of the box" settings.
No. I tried that, as I said, it is better now, but not perfect. My eyesight is getting worse the more I use my computer. Sad. Thanks anyway.
Welcome to the club. Five years ago I needed glasses to read. Now I need them to see. 😟
You mean, you need glasses to find your glasses? Bifocals don't even work for the computer. I tried several different reading glasses, no luck yet. I should have tried to set my preferences to always return to last setting. I'll figure it out one day. Thanks all.
