since ive updated my ipad to ios 7.0.4 it kept hanging.

updated my ipad to 7.0.3 and since then it kept hanging for 10-20 secs before it functions again. updated to 7.0.4 and still does the same thing. it shows just the apple logo at a middle of a task and stays there for 10-20 secs, sometimes even longer. then goes into the lock screen. what should i do?
