There's a network command for linux users on the terminal, however The command "tc" isn't included for mac OSx It's supposed to be located in the /sbin folder!

tc - show / manipulate traffic control settings
Seems to me this deals with the inner works of Linux. Mac OS X isn't linux based. It's BSD Unix.
