Where is .com button?
I got an iPad Air on November 1.
When typing a URL in Safari, pressing . (dot) button gives me ... (three dots) right above . key but I don't get .com, .org, or .whatever button as the manual says. Where are those dot buttons?

I guess you didn't understand (or didn't read) my post. I know the trick (tap and hold the dot key) but all I got is a key with three dots, above the dot key. That's it.
EDIT
Perhaps I tap the wrong dot key. The dot key I'm talking about isn't combined with question mark (?) key as shown in the picture. It's on the second set of keys which is visible when I press the .?123 key. Gonna retry it again tonight when I have the iPad with me.
A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
No content is affected by this procedure.

That is the wrong dot key. The one with the .com and .net options is the one with the question mark in the main letter keyboard view.
If you are using a different language keyboard it may not be available. What language keyboard are you using?
US keyboard and the language is US English. I don't have the iPad with me now so I can't verify if the combined .? key is there or not. I don't recall seeing it but I might have easily overlooked that "combined" dot key or mistaken it for a question mark key only.
If its the US keyboard then it is there next to the right side shift key.
NOTE: They keyboard layour is context sensitive, that means that if you are not typing in the Safari (or other browser) address bar it will not have the .com etc.. shortcuts in the combined key.

What I showed you is from the US English keyboard. If you don't have your iPad to test something, how would you know if the function is there or not. The keyboard that I am showing in the screenshot that I posted for you, is the precise keyboard that you will see as soon as you tap to place the insertion point in the URL field. You don't have to access any of the other keys.
Maybe you didn't read or understand my post.
That's fair enough.
The problem is I tap the wrong dot key (shown on the 2nd keyboard layout screen). I've verified it and yes, it's there. Thanks for the screenshot. I'm giving your post a credit.
