Q: Can students outside North America access iTunes U materials originating in N. America?

My university in the United States has an iTunesU site. We have a cohort of students in Singapore and we would like them to access content on the university site, they are our customers after all. I read one place that iTunes U "does not work outside of North America", but I know universities in Singapore have iTunes U sites. Are students in one country unable to connect to an iTunes U site outside of that country? I'm pretty sure the iTunes store works this way, so it wouldn't surprise me, just disappoint me. Any insight would be appreciated.

Hello,

According to Apple, iTunes U content is available in 150 countires as of 2013. The list in the URL below gives you the names of countrie, codes, etc. This list is not updated though. So it does not have the total number of 150. Still it lists the great majority of the 150 countries. And yes, Singapore is one of those.

The site is mainly for iTunes U administrators to use to analyze their content usage.
