purchased playlist not updating

Ever since the update to IOS7 my purchase playlist on my iphone doesn't update automaticly. When i buy music on my iphone from itunes the music won't download to the purcahse playlist. I have the "show all music" turned off becuase i dont want music i bought years ago on my phone, not sure if this is casuing the problem??

Any ideas??
