how do I open ports on my router

so I was having some problems with my Xbox one and xbox support told me i need to open four ports on my ISP but i have no idea how. if someone could exsplain it to me that would be very much appreciated?? the four ports I need to open are 80tcp 88udp 53tcp/udp 3074tcp/udp if someone could help me out here that would be great
