Does the Macbook have a built-in aircard?

My computer has no slot to insert an aircard or wireless card of any type. I heard a rumour that aircards were pre-installed. Also, is that the same as a VPN connection?

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.4.7)

The aircard is built into the computer.

I am in Mexico out in the jungle and I picked up a
wireless signal and now I am typing this.

Sam

oh and my wife has a Dell and it can't pick up any
signal but I have a MacBook and I have full bars!

Thats awesome. All you have to do is enter the server and password-I know- but what server do you enter and the account name and password for what?
