Trouble with imported audio logic pro 9

Hello i'm a new user in logic and i hope somebody help me, my problem is this. Just a few hours ago i imported an audio file in to one of my tracks, and everything seems to be right, but when i played the imported file, an entire compass of my song disapears, It just jumps from one compass to another, there is not a hole or silence in the song, and nothing seems to be wrong in the graphic, just when i hear it, the song sounds wrong because that compass is missed....does any one knows why is this happening? The wirdest part is that i tried erasing the file and importing it again, i did this 4 times and every time the same happends in the same part..so i don't know what am i doing wrong......i hope somebody can help me, and teach me what am i doing wrong....Thanks!!
