Q: Can I connect an ipad to the internet via an iphone5?

Hi. We have no broadband connection as we do not have a landline telephone/router. I'd like to buy an ipad mini Wifi for my Other Half this Xmas. He already has an iphone5 and I'd like to know whether he can tether this to the ipad mini to get onto the internet. He used to do this with his old Samsung phone/laptop combo but the iphone is (of course) not compatible with anything other than Apple.

Any help for a non-techie appreciated. Thanks.

u can tether ur iphone 5 to ur new ipad mini
it works
i always share internet from iphone to my ipad like this
