What does it mean if the light on the charger is amber vs green?
What does the color of the light on my MagSafe charger mean.

Amber mean it is charging the battery. Green mean the battery is fully charged and or there is enough charge in the battery that the AC charger is not charging it. For the AC adapter to charge the battery the charge level needs to be below 94-92%.
