Q: I reset Safari a couple of days ago and I am now unable to bring up any internet signs. This has also affected my itunes account and app store which does not load. Can you help please!

Deselect Proxies if selected.

 

Safari > Preferences > Advanced > Proxies:

 

Click "Change  Settings" button

 

The network preferences window for Proxies will will show up with "Proxies"

tab selected.

 

 

Under "Select Protocol", uncheck any box if selected.

 

Click "OK", then  "Apply"
