itune could not connect to itune store. an unknown error occurred (0x80090318), what I can do ?

before one year i was able to connect then i unstall

this week i install the itune then all my old file like musics appear in the itune, i tried to connect to my itune through computer but i couldnt

my net working fine

firewall checked already and enable for itune

notice

- im using the same computer, windows vista

please help me in that
