It sounds like your iTunes Store page does not load and instead gives you an error code. I found this error code in an article that will be helpful for you named:

The cause for these issues is a program that monitors the Winsock protocol for Windows conflicting with Apple software. These programs usually use a Layered Service Provider (LSP) that can help identify the particular program installed.
