Some contacts can be transferred to my car, some not!

I have some 100 contacts in the contact folder of my iPhone (iOS7). However, some 20 can be transferred to my car by using bluetooth.

Why some contacts can be transfered, some not? All contacts look alike, no differences.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3
