I just got the iPad Air. I am having trouble connecting to the internet. I have the "Hot Spot" with US Cellular. Should I be able to connect, if so how, or what do I need to do?

If you tap on the connection name does it not attempt to connect?

The list should look something like this:

User uploaded file

If you tap on the name of the network, then it should attempt to connect and ask for a password.

If it does not ask for a password, try tapping on the blue I in a circle ℹ to get the connection properties, and then tap on "Forget This Network". Then try to connect again. It should bring up a box asking for the password.

As to where to find the password, the hotspots usually have a default password setup. Usually it can be found in the user guide or quick start guide that comes with the hotspot.
