Tried looking for this MacBook Pro Retina EFI Update 1.3 on my updates section of the App Store and could not find it. Any suggestions?

My keyboard and mousetrack are not responding now and I have to USB plug in a keyboard and mouse.

No idea why it wouldn't show up in your updates.
