Q: How to share iTunes library without using home computer?

I want to share my iTunes library between our family's 2 iPhones. I cannot use iTunes Match because the wifi on our home computer is not working properly. The library is currently on our ipad and the primary user's iPhone. How do I add the library to my iPhone?

All of your music should be on your computer.

Just sync it from your computer to whatever idevice you like.
