My IPad does not work. so, i went to maintenance , i they told me that i i have to shut findmy iphone . How do I do that, especially two does not work

settings > iCloud > Find my phone > off! enter your password when prompted.
ok I have the same problem on the iPhone 5, send it to assistence because doesn´t turn on . in iCloud appears offline I delete iPhone and says it will be erased when connected to the Internet, the problem is doesnt turn on and technical not touch it while the find my iPhone is connected, what can i do?
