How can apply different settings to two different thunderbolt ethernet adaptors?

I have two thunderbolt ethernet adaptors. One for the office needs to be set up DHCP with manual IP address. The other is for everywhere else and need to only be DHCP. When I change the settings on one if changes it for both adaptors. Is there a way to tell the network setup that these are to be configured separately?
