HELP ME

I need help blocking ONE website from Safari, not all. I want my S/O to hold the passcode to keep me from looking at her ex-girlfriend's profile...it just makes me depressed. I want instagram.com blocked on safari for my iPod touch 5. I forgot my restrictions passcode as well. (I got it back later on)

Also - I backed my ipod up onto this laptop, then restored it (to see if THIS would renew my ipod's pass codes so I could get into the restrictions page. Finally I got in but, my ipod was wiped. Except for my dads email and notes (he is the main account holder). I fixed everything back to normal but my pictures and notes are gone.

Any help out there????
