Hey guys! So I want to get all my old backup iPhoto libraries and put them all into my current library without duplicating photos or overlapping my current photos. Is this possible?

Yes using either Aperture or iPhoto Library Manager. Either can merge libraries.

The paid version of iPhoto Library Manager can. Select the Library ➙ Merge Libraries menu option:
Then select the destination library and the source library and merge:
Be sure to have a backup copy of your destination library before starting the merge process.
